0.5 um Resolution Optical Profile Projector Surface Measuring 200 mm
Introduction
UNIPJ-3000(Z) series optical profile projector is a photoelectric measuring system of high precision and efficiency. It is widely used in mechanism, meters, electronics, cell phones, automobile industry, college, research institute and QC departments. The UNIPJ-3000(Z) series optical profile projector is suitable for all kinds of small and precise objects measuring, contour and surface measuring available, such as electronic components, pressing work-pieces, thread, gear, milling, grinding or lathing workpieces.
UNIPJ-3000(Z) series optical profile projector is embedded with excellent quality of optical system. The series is processed of clear image and accurate magnification. The error of contour measuring is under 0.08% with the contour light. The indication error of the coordinate is under (3+l/75) um, (L is the length of the work pieced to be measured, unit: mm).
The UNIPJ-3000(Z) series optical profile projector provides the DC-3000 digital readout system and foot-switch, which ensures powerful function and easy operation.
